BEST EDUCATIONAL APPLICATIONS FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS LEARNING

One of the applications that I feel interesting and fun is google classroom. According to one of the instructional design models which is ADDIE through analysis, the primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students. Why do we need to use this app? Google Classroom is designed as a document management system. Usually, students are often required to complete and submit homework and assignments. And teachers can create any of the classes include any of the tasks in this app. This application is more to students and teachers not including parents. Also, through the analysis of this application is suitable for all ages and genders👨👩, computer skills and its technology are also easy to learn and use.

WHAT IS GOOGLE CLASSROOM?
Google Classroom is a virtual classroom. This means we can use it to make announcements💬💬, create courses, start discussions, submit assignments, ask for comments and answers, share resources, quizzes, and more. It’s also easy to make google classroom. Teachers share code with the class and just connected with our Google account. And the students can join by just entering the codes. That’s all it takes to create a virtual classroom.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF IT?

  • Enhanced communication

  • Faster grading process
  • Only need to access through our Gmail and connected to all our Google account
  • More secure because we use our own account Gmail




WHAT WE WILL GET FROM THE BENEFITS?
  • Students can interact without embarrassment as the app has a private or public comment space
  • All the task and any assignments will completely easy to handle
  • It won't be difficult to find files from many classes
  • We will not miss any information about the assignment given by the teacher
WHAT ARE THE BAD SIDE OF THIS APP?
  • Difficult learner sharing. Students cannot share their work with their parents, unless they become owners of a document.
  • Editing problems. When teachers create an assignment or files, sometimes the students can become owners of the document and they are allowed to edit it. 
  • No automated quizzes and tests. This app is not suitable for quizzes because of no suitable platform. Even teachers sometimes use a google form to do a quiz or test, it needs to access or trouble in the editing.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF PREZI

       Prezi   is a tool on the apps store or online that allows for virtual presentations within the video screen of a live or recorded video and visual communications software. There were some advantages and disadvantages of using this Prezi. The advantage of this tool is it is free and web-based which gives us to create a  unique for creating and viewing a presentation . Where we can access any type of presentation style, front, design, and many more. This Prezi also is  available for all subjects you want to use and also available for all types of learners . Like some of the tools are sometimes limited to access where is the limit for educators only. So it hard for us to use a variety of tools in our learning.
